Poland domestic shipping

I am using Polish Registered Post to ship my work. It takes about 2-3 days to arrive. All my products are made to order. Please allow 2-5 working for making of the product.

International shipping

The Ocean Jewellery is shipped worldwide. This one is sent by Polish Registered Post. Before ordering please contact me about availability and times of shipping (As I have moved out now). It takes around a week withing Europe and 21 working days (depending on the customs) outside EU and it comes with a tracking number. All my products are made to order. Please allow 2-5 working for making of the product.

Returns

30 Days to Return

My Jewellery has 30 days guarantee in case of breakage or damage.

Please not those are fine pieces and should not be used when working out swimming and sports. Make sure the rings are taken off when washing the hands as the paint would wear off faster and soap got into the tiny beads.

Returns and Exchanges

Money return or product exchange would be sent directly as soon as the damaged product is received back.
